Ogden is encouraging moviegoers to experience the Sundance Film Festival at Peery's Egyptian Theater in Ogden.
Ogden area associations and businesses are uniting to encourage moviegoers to experience the Sundance Film Festival at Peery's Egyptian Theater in Ogden. Downtown Ogden Inc. and Historic 25th Street Association businesses will offer festivities, specials and an opportunity to win a free screening during the festival.

The Sundance Film Festival screenings take place at Peery's Egyptian Theater through January 27th. As one of the festival's largest venues, Peery's Egyptian Theater offers numerous ticket options to view the prominent independent films.

In addition, participating restaurants and retailers along Historic 25th Street will offer special deals and discounts to patrons that show their Sundance movie tickets or stubs.

Downtown Ogden Inc. will host a reception for the film, "Mitt" on Friday, Jan. 24 at the Egyptian Theater. The film begins at 6:30 p.m. and is a documentary granting unprecedented access to presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Downtown Ogden Inc. is a Sundance Supporter Group.
