She got the idea after she struggled with weight after health issues. She is a marathon runner, and never stopped training, yet the pounds packed on. She decided to change her metabolism through her diet. Now she's sharing some of those yummy recipes that helped her lose weight, through a cookbook called "Skinny-Licious: Lite and Scrumptious Recipes for a Slimmer You".
