RSL not bothered by MLS Cup distractions

KANSAS CITY (ABC 4 Sports) - Real Salt Lake is going to let any number of distractions bother them in their quest for the MLS Cup.
KANSAS CITY (ABC 4 Sports) - There are a multitude of distractions at the MLS Cup.

From the hundreds of media members from all over the world, to the freezing temperatures on the field, to the raucous crowd in the stands, to even the famous Kansas City barbecue ribs, Real Salt Lake is staying focused on the task at hand.

"It's going to be a hostile environment for sure," said midfielder Ned Grabavoy. "They have great fans, and being a championship game, it's only going to up the energy that their crowd brings."

"It's certainly not ideal weather, but it is what it is," said defender Chris Wingert. "But we're feeling pretty excited to be here no matter what. So, there's no complaining here."

Check out the video to see what defender Nat Borchers did when ABC4 Utah's Dana Greene tried to tempt him with some barbecue ribs.

RSL and Sporting Kansas City play for the MLS Cup Saturday at 2:00 mountain time.
