Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread in a Mug
1 pkg Shirley J Mugging
3 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp canned pumpkin
3 Tbsp chocolate chips
Pour Pumpkin Spice Mugging Mix into a 16 oz. microwave safe mug. Add canned pumpkin and water. Whisk briskly with a fork or small whisk for 20 seconds. Stir in chocolate chips until combined.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Test doneness with a toothpick, if not done, cook for a few more seconds.
If you'd like to ice the top, pour more chocolate chips and let melt for 2 minutes. Spread with back of spoon.
