WEST JORDAN, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) – West Jordan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager girl who may possibly be in danger.

Mia Garcia, 14, was last seen at 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 22 leaving Joel P. Jensen Middle School at 8105 South 3200 West.

Mia was with an unidentified Hispanic male and reportedly left the area in a dark colored compact car.

West Jordan Police Department is concerned about Garcia’s welfare. She did not pack any clothing, nor has she contacted family or friends.

All means of contacting her have been severed. Police believe that she may be on her way to California, since the male she was last seen with is believed to be from California.

West Jordan Police Department is working in conjunction with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
