How do you prevent unintentional injury to children?

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) In Utah about 150 children die each year from unintentional injuries. The numbers may sound tragic but there are several things you can do to prevent those injuries.
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 Utah) - A 4-year-old girl in Chicago died over the weekend after a television fell on top of her.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, between the years of 2000 to 2011, 215 children were killed by falling television sets.

Here in Utah, about 150 children die each year from unintentional injuries.

The numbers may sound tragic but there are several things you can do to prevent those injuries.
