Friday, February 7th is the American Heart Association's National Wear Red Day to support Go Red For Women and the fight against heart disease.

Seiko is proudly participating in American Heart Month with two special tribute watches, exclusively designed to support the fight against heart disease in women.  This year two watches are available in both stainless steel ($425) and a rose gold finish ($495) with 22 diamonds adorning the bezel on each.

The signature "Go Red" heart subtly decorates a mother of pearl dial.  The timepiece is finished with a special engraved caseback in support of the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women movement.

For every "Go Red" Seiko watch sold through March 1, 2014, Seiko will donate $25 to the AHA, for a minimum donation of $150,000.  For more information, please visit: National Supporter: Seiko - Go Red for Women.

Heart disease is the number one killer of women, killing more women than all forms of cancer combined.  Ninety percent of women have one or more risk factors for developing heart disease.  Eighty percent of cardiac events in women may be prevented if they make the right choices for their hearts, involving diet, exercise and abstinence from smoking.  For more information, please visit: Go Red For Women.
