Rain showers will change into snow as a cold front comes through northern Utah Saturday night. Strongest snowfall will be overnight with 1-3" expected on the valley floors, up to 6" in the benches, and 12-18" in the mountains. Winds will remain strong Sunday, but will come from the north. Most snow showers will be done by late morning, but linger in the mountains into Monday morning. An inversion sets up going into the work week without a strong storm in sight - so get ready for more bad air.
