Curtis' Tuesday Pinpoint Forecast

Tuesday's Pinpoint Forecast: Saturday's Waffle came by the studio today, you gotta check them out.  Best.  Waffle.  Ever.  It will be a cloudy, breezy, and mild day across the state.  There will be a few light showers and higher elevation snow (7500'+) for central and northern UT.  Highs will be mild, in the 40s and 50s for central and northern areas, 50s to around 60 down south.  Wednesday will be nearly identical, except showers will spread across southern UT as well.  Between today and tomorrow, a few inches of accumulation is likely over the higher terrain.  Thursday, a cold front will interact with a lot of moisture coming in from the Pacific.  The showers and mountain snow will be steadier, with snow levels lowering to possibly below 6000'.  Friday and for the weekend, northern areas will clear out but southern UT will see more rain and mountain snow, some areas will see heavy rain and snow accumulation.  Temperatures over the weekend will be in the 40s and 50s state wide, but the northern half of the state will get that sunshine.

Have a great Tuesday.
