Moore, who is headed to Utah State next season, tied the game with eight seconds left in regulation with a 3-pointer from the corner. He finished with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists.
Sam Merrill, another Aggie commit, led Bountiful with 35 points in the loss.
Sky View will play Region 5 rival Mountain Crest in the 4A championship Saturday.
The Mustangs erased a 9-point 4th quarter deficit to defeat upset-minded Logan, 54-51. Tanner Knowles had 18 points for Mountain Crest, while Faimafil Laulu-Pututau added 12 points.
Logan, which took a 38-31 lead into the 4th quarter, was led by Taylor Compton with 14 points.
In the 5A semifinals, Brighton High tried to play keep away with the #1 ranked Lone Peak Knights, but it didn't work. The Bengals held the ball for nearly the entire second quarter without being defended, and went into halftime trailing, 14-7. No points were scored by either team in the quarter.
Finally, the Bengals decided to play ball in the second half, and as expected, got run out of the building. T.J. Haws led Lone Peak with 15 points, while Connor Toolson added 13 as Lone Peak won, 53-27.
The 53 points was the second lowest total scored by the top-ranked team in the nation this season.
Lone Peak (25-1) will face Alta in the 5A championship game Saturday.
The Hawks won a defensive battle over American Fork, 38-31. Trevor Hill led Alta with 11 points. The Hawks held the Cavemen to just 10 second half points.
Ryan Andrus was American Fork's top scorer with 14.
