Tokyo Soup

Broth
3 quarts chicken stock
1 & 1/2 cup Sweet-n-Sour sauce
1 cup Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Hichicmi (7 spice)
1 tbsp Chili Paste
Juice from 1 lime
Approx 1/3 cup corn starch

Ingredients (Per Serving)
1/2 cup cooked medium grain rice
1 Grilled chicken Breast
1/4 Avocado diced
1-2 ounces of Cream Cheese
Scallions
Wonton chips

Directions
Combine all broth ingredients save the corn starch and bring to a boil. Create a corn starch slurry (equal parts water and corn starch) and slowly add to broth to thicken.

In a individual serving bowl add rice, chicken, avocado & cream cheese. Pour broth over ingredients. Garnish with scallions and wonton chips then serve.
