1 box white cake mix

5 egg whites

(chocolate or yellow cake mix use 4 whole eggs)

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

1 cup sour cream

1/3 cup cream

1 cup milk

moisten stir then increase on high for 2 minutes to get all the lumps out ,

using a kitchen aid

biggest mistake we make in Utah is that we forget high altitude it says right on the box.

this recipe accommodates the high altitude

no oil the sour cream is our fat so good!

cooking time bake at 325 for 20-25 min

cool and frost

butter cream frosting

cream your butter in the kitchen aid use paddle attachment for a long time if you think its to long go longer over 2 minutes smooth consistency

add 3 cups powered sugar ..

add A couple tablespoon of cream for spreading consistency always a 3 to 1 ratio ...
