Raw Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
Raw & gluten, dairy, egg and refined sugar-free
INGREDIENTS:
4 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup raisins (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Himalayan rock salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Stir all ingredients in a bowl.
Place in refrigerator overnight (chia seeds will expand as they set).
Mix with a spoon.
