Snyder said, “I don't like what she's doing. I don't think what she's doing is right. She's ruining people's lives."
Trooper Lisa Steed arrested Snyder in March of last year. The blood Steed drew from Snyder’s arm turned up clean, but it still took a year and thousands of dollars before the issue was resolved.
Snyder explained, "The money to get my car out of impound, the lawyer fees, all the days I missed from work."
It was clear to Snyder what Trooper Steed was up to. "She's out there trying to be the top cop, but she's not necessarily doing it the right way,” said Snyder. It was also clear to the judge handling his case. "The judge said that's the main reason they threw the case out, because she said the officer planned the arrest from the time of the stop."
