Pumpkins aren't just for decorating anymore! See how you can have some fun with them this weekend!
Fall is here, and that usually means pumpkin pie, pumpkin cookies, and pumpkin carving. What we haven't seen a pumpkin being used for is exercise.

Lacy Arnold, CEO and founder of LeanMoms is determined to help women in Utah stay lean and healthy through the holiday season by hosting a "Pump up the Pumpkin" party on October 12, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm at Draper City Park. All women in Utah are invited to come and learn how to carve a curvy behind using a pumpkin as a weight, while being taught various tricks and tips to avoid the dreaded holiday weight gain. Children are also invited, and will be included in the exercise portion as well.

All who attend will have the chance of winning various raffle prizes that help with staying lean, such as a 12-week meal plan and strength training program from LeanMoms.Com, body sculpting treatments from Total Health Body Sculpting in Pleasant Grove, gift cards to health food stores around the state, and more.
