Brown Sugar Pork Ribs

3 Lbs.boneless country style pork ribs

1 cup chopped onion

2 tsp. minced garlic

3 Tbsp. butter

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

¾ cup lemon juice

1 tsp. Salt

½ tsp. pepper

2 cups brown sugar

Place ribs in slow cooker. Cover and cook on High for 3 hours. Drain and discard liquid. Cook onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over ribs in slow cooker. Cover and cook on High for 2 hours. Remove from slow cooker. Allow to cool. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze. 8 servings.

To serve: Thaw. Heat until hot and bubbly. Serve over rice.
