1 c. Bread Crumbs
¼ c. Butter, Melted
1½ lbs Fresh Broccoli
3 Lbs. Fresh Cauliflower
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
3-4 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
3 c. Shirley J Whisk Bliss Original
6 c. Water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Boil broccoli and cauliflower in separate pots until tender but still firm (8-10 minutes for cauliflower and 4-5 minutes for broccoli). Transfer veggies to colander and drain. Rinse thoroughly with cold running water, drain well.
Place cauliflower and broccoli into 3 quart casserole dish, which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. In heavy sauce pan combine water and Whisk Bliss, whisk to blend. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, add cheese and stir. Pour sauce over veggies.
In separate bowl combine melted butter and breadcrumbs along with garlic and onion powder, mix thoroughly to combine. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of the sauce coated veggies. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
