HIV/AIDS treatment has come so far in the last 30 years. People with the disease can now be out and apart of the community.
Nathan Meassom says "This kind of feeling that this isn't a death sentence anymore. But it is life changing."
But we can't get too lax. Just because there have been developments doesn't mean it's not a debilitating disease.
Hispanic Outreach Specialist Alex Moya says that he is "fearful that we'll get too comfortable."
