Benjamin Mora, 27, was charged with three counts of rape, four counts of forcible sexual abuse and four counts of forcible sodomy -- all felonies. Authorities said Mora sexually assaulted the teen while he was a personal trainer, and she was a client.
The girl's parents notified police after confronting her about her strange behavior. The alleged incidents occurred between July and October 2012, but authorities said there is no evidence of any other victims.
The teen told police that most of the incidents occurred as she sat parked in Mora's car. It was not initially revealed by authorities where Mora, who is from American Fork, worked as a personal trainer. However, he was arrested by the Salt Lake City Police Department.
Mora was arraigned in court Tuesday, and will go before a judge again Feb. 15.
