Jeff's wife Jessica Pacheaco told ABC4, "Jeff was a very loving guy and made sure that tried to help everybody."
Jessica's said her husband died doing just that, helping his brother move.
It was along a long and lonely stretch of I-80 in Tooele County that the car Jeff was in drifted off the road. The Isuzu Rodeo and U-Haul trailer it was pulling rolled, both Jeff and and his brother were thrown from the SUV.
Jeff's death leaves a void in his family; he leaves behind a wife and three daughters.
Jessica said, "When I told the girls it was the hardest." She said while loosing her husband is hard, losing her children's father is the most difficult.
Jessica continued, "I don't think the youngest one quite understands what it is and they don't know why."
While there may never be an answer, Jessica said she has the strength to get through it.
The Pacheaco family could really use some help as they try to cope emotionally and financially with this tragedy. They have an account set up through Wells Fargo bank under Jeff and Jessica Pacheaco.
