It's all in a middle-of-nowhere ghost town for sale nearly three hours southeast of Salt Lake City. Listing price to own your own town? $3.9 million.
The town Woodside once bustled with about 300 residents in the early 1900s when it was a water stop for steam engines. Now the town sits empty - save for two free-range llamas. The geyser no longer erupts up to 75 feet high.
But realtor Mike Metzger says the property is full of potential and rich history. Local lore has it Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid had a hideout near Woodside and that there was a Spanish gold mine nearby.
