In a very busy part of Park City an Ohio woman made quite the find earlier this week.
"The wallet contained a large amount of cash, a check written out to the owner for a large amount of money as well, along with about seven or eight credit cards," says Sergeant Andrew Leatham, with the Park City Police Department.
Finder’s keepers never crossed the mind of Daisy Brown, instead she went straight to police with Dan Harwin's wallet.
"I said can we meet up so I can give you something as a thank you and she said no. I’d want someone to do that for me if I lost my wallet," says Harwin.
Harwin is in Park City on vacation with his family. He says he's glad it happened here and not his hometown of Miami, Florida.
"That's something that never, ever would have happened in Miami. I can assure you of that," says Harwin.
An impression of the state of Utah that could lead to a major move in the family's future.
"My wife and I kind of saw it as a sign. We've been thinking of moving out here and now we might," says Harwin.
Harwin was getting an espresso when he misplaced his wallet. He says he didn't even realize it was gone until he got the call from police.
