Nathan Gary Herbert maintains the allegations are false. His attorney, Scott Card, didn't immediately return a phone message Friday from The Associated Press.
Herbert's mother, Jeanette Herbert, said she was upset by Fourth District Judge James R. Taylor's order Wednesday for Nathan Herbert to stay 50 yards away from Aiona Butters for three years.
Butters accused Herbert of stalking at places in the Provo and Orem area.
Herbert testified Wednesday he was the victim of "reverse stalking" when Butters appeared to point him out to others Aug. 4 at a Gold's Gym.
Butters is sister of Talei Moana Weingarten, a woman who obtained a previous stay-away order against Herbert.
