ABC 4 Viewers took action and as of Sunday night the family has raised $2200 and can buy the new wheelchair for Noah.
Noah was born 16 weeks premature and suffered a massive brain bleed and now has cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, and is legally blind.
He’s outgrown his wheelchair, and with the money raised his family will be able to buy him a new wheelchair.
The new $2,000 wheelchair will help Noah be more independent at school and around the home.
Crystal and Jeff Harper, his parents, said, “He’s doing all the things the doctors told us he would never do.”
Everyday Noah struggles to do the simplest things in life.
His father said that a therapy evaluation from a couple of weeks ago reported that Noah may be able to walk short distances in the future.
“As he gets older maybe more things are possible for him,” his father said.

The Harper family would like to thank all of our viewers for donating money towards the wheelchair, and the family says they will use the money beyond what is needed for the wheelchair to help pay for Noah's enormous medical bills.
