Beaver- Pioneer Day celebrations on Saturday, July 23rd 2011. The celebrations will begin at 6:30am at the Beaver City Park and includes a parade and firework show at dusk. There is no charge for this event. For more information contact 435-438-2451
Bountiful- Handcart Days will take place on Friday July 22nd 2011 festivities begin at 10am and go until 10:00pm. The Grand Parade will begin at 6:00pm and it starts at 1500 South Main Street and proceeds north on Main Street to 400 North, then west to 100 West. The Bountiful City Fireworks show will begin at dusk, around 9:45pm at Mueller Park Jr. High in Bountiful.
July 23rd 2011, Handcart Half Marathon at 6:30am, Handcart 5k run at 7:00am, and a Handcart 1k at 7:45am register at www.active.com or at the South Davis Recreation Center. There will be free swimming from 10:00am until noon at the South Davis Rec Center as well.

Cedar City- Pioneer Days Celebration Saturday, July 23rd 2011. Main Street Mile Run/Walk begins at Smith’s Food and Drug and ends at Main Street Park. The Run/Walk begins at 8:00am. Cedar Fort- Pioneer Days "Our Town, Our Country" celebration - Saturday, July 23 will include the chuck wagon breakfast, parade, carnival and kids rodeo. Parade begins at 11:30 a.m.
Cottonwood Heights- Butlerville Days, Monday July 25th 2011. This annual event honors the founding of the community by using the settlement’s original name from 1877, when the Butler Precinct was created by Salt Lake County. The event kicks off with a parade at 4 p.m. Bands, floats, and other activities are scheduled to participate. The parade starts at the corner of Fort Union and 2700 East, heads down to 2700 East to Bengal Boulevard, then turns west and ends at Cottonwood Heights Elementary. Escalante- July 24th Parade, Rodeo. Saturday, July 23rd 2011. This event begins with a kid’s parade, followed by the city parade, a carnival, games, crafts, food, and a rodeo. The Parade and carnival begin at 9:00am and go until 4:00pm, the rodeo begins at 7:00pm until 10:30pm and there are fireworks to follow, address is Main Street, Escalante.. Wednesday July 24th there will be an ATV Rodeo at 7:00pm at the Rodeo Grounds Arena; cost is $5 per person, 2 and under are free.
Thursday July 21st, there will be a kid’s rodeo at 7:00pm, at the Rodeo Grounds Arena cost is $3 per person, 2 and under are free.
Friday July 22nd, Horse Parade at 6:00pm at Fairview City State Street, Line up at Combos Service Station 400 North Milburn Road. Pre-register at the city office or email Fairviewcity@fairviewcity.com. 8:00pm there will be a rodeo at the Fairview Rodeo Grounds, cost is $8.00 for adults, $5 for children 3-11, and free for children 2 and under. Tickets are available at the City Hall.
Saturday July 23rd, beginning at 6:00am there will be a city wide Fireman’s Wake-up, a 5k run at the City Ball Park at 6:30am the cost is $10/person. 7:00 will be a flag raising, pioneer breakfast $5 per person, sand volleyball, and crafts and events to follow. The kid’s parade will begin at 10:45am at State Street and will start at Far West Bank. The Pioneer Day Parade will begin at 11:00am at State Street and will also begin at Far West Bank. The remainder of the day will include a $6.00/person lunch, an antique car show at the Fairview Museum of History and Art, Fairview Idol, and Kids old fashioned games. Heber- Pioneer Day Fiddlers ‘N’ Fireworks, Saturday July 23rd 2011. Experience a Pioneer Day celebration over Deer Creek Reservoir. Watch from Utah’s Historic railroad, as fireworks reflect off the lake. It begins at 8:00pm. Cost is $38 for adults and seniors and $24 for kids ages 3-12. Pizza and Beverages will be served on the train.
Layton- Taste of the Town, Monday July 25th 2011. From 4:00-7:00pm Sample food from participating Davis County restaurants, food tickets are $1 each or 12 for $10. Sample prices range from $2-$5.
Lehi- Thanksgiving Point events July 21st-22nd. From 10:00am-3:00pm Youth Education classes on pioneers will take place in the Water Tower Plaza at Thanksgiving Point. Cost: Members $31.50, Students $35
Logan- 3rd Annual Lion Club’s Breakfast and Pioneer Day Parade will take place Monday July 25th 2011. The breakfast will begin at 7:30am at Willow Park and will be followed by the Pioneer Day parade at noon, it will start at Center Street continue to 500 West to 700 South. There will be fireworks at dusk in Willow Park, 9800 West 8570 North.
Mapleton- Mapleton Pioneer Days, Saturday July 23rd 2011. Activities begin at 6:00am with a wake up call, 5k & fun run at Central Bank. There will be a Patriotic Program and Flag Ceremony at Mapleton Park from 6:30am-7:00am following those events will be a breakfast from 7:00am-10:00am at Mapleton Park, cost is $3 for adults and $2 for children. Between 8:00 and 9:00am there will be a parade lineup at Mapleton Junior High. Enjoy park activities and entertainment from 10am-2pm, and stick around for Fireworks beginning at 7:00pm at the Ira Allen Sports Park.
Marysvale- Enjoy a 24th of July celebration beginning with a breakfast at 7:00am at Marysvale City Park followed by a parade at 10:00am starting at Bullion Avenue. Kid’s games will take place at 11:00am at the city park, and at 1:00pm there will be the “Biggest Little Rodeo” at the city park. Fireworks show at dusk. Tremonton- Tremonton Days, Saturday July 23rd 2011. 7:00am is a 5k fun run; 8-10am enjoy a free breakfast. 7:30am there will be a flag ceremony, booths open and baby contest registration opens at 8:00am. Baby contest will take place from 9-12:30pm. There will be various contests and activities throughout the day and fireworks at 10:00pm.
West Valley City- Days of ’47 Rodeo, Saturday July 18th – 25th 2011. Tickets range in price from $5-$52 and begins at 7:00pm; the rodeo will take place at the E center in West Valley, UT, fireworks to follow on July 25th.
