Danielle Lucero is becoming a regular with police.
"This is her fourth DUI arrest and she's only 27," says Sgt Scott Peck of the Cottonwood Heights police department.
Around midnight police spotted her car without a headline and pulled her over.
"The officer noticed the smell of alcohol and saw a spilled drink leaking out the door," says Peck.
When police looked in her vehicle they spotted two young children in the vehicle and they also learned of her previous DUI and drug arrests.
"As officer looked further into it he learned she's alcohol restricted which means she can't have no alcohol at all because she had prior arrests and convictions," says Peck. "He looked into it and she had 3 convictions and this is her 4th DUI arrest."
But police gave Lucero a break.
Instead of going to jail, she got a DUI ticket and a relative took her and the children home.
"She obviously has a problem," says Peck. "That's a young girl to have four DUI's under your belt."
