UHP looking for suspect that shot at a car

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) – Utah Highway Patrol is looking for the person that shot at a vehicle on I-15 near 3500 South.
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) – Utah Highway Patrol is looking for the person that shot at a vehicle on I-15 near 3500 South.

A Chevy and a Camry entered I-15 from State Route 201, around 2:30 pm Tuesday, a difficulty occurred between the two vehicles.

As the two vehicles reached the area of the 3500 South off-ramp, the Chevy took the off-ramp and the Camry stayed on the Freeway. The Driver of the Camry fired a weapon at the Chevy. The Chevy was hit by multiple rounds.

There were no injuies and the damage to the Chevy was minimal.

The Chevy is described as a white Chevy Colorado pickup truck with two male occupants.

The Camry is a 2006 or later model blue Toyota Camry with unknown Texas plates. The Driver is described as a Hispanic male, about 30 years old, between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches. He has a light build and short dark hair. There were no passengers.

The occupants of the Chevy called 911 and UHP responded to conduct the investigation.
