Holladay, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Mitt Romney bought a house in Holladay, according to a reliable source close to ABC 4 Utah.

The Romney's new home worth $717,000 according to records at the Salt Lake County recorders office.

"I think he's approachable. I think he's probably a very kind person and I think he will fit in," said Holladay business owner, Lisa Blakemore.

ABC 4 Utah obtained a Warranty Deed from the Salt Lake County Recorder's office. It granted control of a property to A.D.R. Holdings on March 11, 2013. Ann Romney's initials are A.D.R.

"It's very exciting to have Mitt Romney here and hopefully he'll bring some of this good luck and jobs over here," said Blake Elwell from Taylorsville.

The Republican Presidential Candidate and former Massachusetts Governor reportedly sold his Deer Valley home in 2009.

He also owns homes in California and New Hampshire.

"He did a lot for the Olympics when he was here in 2002 so hopefully he'll bring some jobs and everything to help us out over here," said Elwell.

Rumors are also surfacing about Mitt Romney running for public office in Utah. ABC 4 Utah's source says Romney has no political ambition in Utah.
