Boise, ID (ABC4 News) - A Boise man plead not guilty to terrorism charges in Idaho.

Fazliddin Kurbanov was charged in Idaho and Utah of conspiring to "provide support to a known terror organization." Investigators say he also used the internet to instruct others on how to make bombs. The Utah indictment will be handled separately. 

Kurbanov is an Uzbekistan national but he's living legally in the U.S.

Homeland security expert Tom Panuzio appeared on ABC4 News to talk about the alleged threat.
