These great low-calorie cookies taste so good! They are super easy to whip up as well-you've gotta love cookies with only four ingredients.
3-3½ C. crushed graham crackers
1 can low-fat sweetened condensed milk
1 C. chocolate chips
1½ C. coconut
Preheat oven to 350. Mix first three ingredients by hand until crumbs are moistened. Spoon into rounded tablespoon-size balls and roll each ball in coconut. Flatten slightly and bake for 11 minutes.
