-Pack your gym bag the night before and put it with your backpack.
1. Tennis shoes and socks
2. Gym clothes-shorts, shirt, sports bra 3. Towel 4. Deodorant 5. Mini shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
7. Basic makeup
9. Snack applesauce, apple, granola bar, carrots
12. Plastic bag for sweaty clothes -keep your gym bag in your car, maybe take out important things like headphones and makeup.
-shower and get ready at the gym.
-have Preworkout drink and protein shake already poured so you can just add water.
If you like to travel lightly like me and wear exercise clothes the whole day, you can get away with packing a lot less such as only simple make-up, headphones, IPhone holder, a lock and deodorant and shower stuff if you feel necessary.
-Go between classes. Nothing better to do on a break then go get some pumps in and maybe some cardio.
-Go before or after class. A lot of schools have gyms in them and even some office buildings. If not there is usually a gym on the way.
-if you are prepared and have everything ready it will make going to the gym sooo easy!
Remember the gym is not a fashion show, so get out there, do work and sweat! :)
