This MUST be mixed by hand. Using mixer on this recipe causes icing to be too thin.
1 lb butter (very soft, not melted)
10 cups powdered sugar
1½ cups Hershey's cocoa
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1¼ cups milk
Thoroughly mix with whisk until creamy
(Makes enough for 1 - 2 Layer Cake made in 9" pans)
