Vegetables: we have onion, zucchini and mushroom . Cook with a little oil, 1/3 teaspoon margarine, just and pinch of salt and pepper and stir fry for 3 to4 minutes. Then add little soy sauce and cook for about 45 seconds.
Cook Chicken with little pinch of salt and pepper, Lightly oil on both sides of chicken and brown. Cut into small pieces and add a little teriyaki sauce. You can add more teriyaki sauce if you want.
Cook Shrimp with little 1/3 teaspoon of margarine. Lightly salt and pepper on both sides of the shrimp and add little soy sauce and lemon.
Cook Steak with little pinch of salt and pepper and cook to how you like your streak. Add little soy sauce to your liking.
Cook Salmon with little pinch of salt and pepper. Brown salmon on both sides and then add teriyaki sauce and lemon.
