Richard is down to 227 pounds, at last check two weeks ago he weight 233.6 pounds. *Results will vary. Typical weight loss is 2-5 lbs. per week the first 2 weeks then 1-2 lbs. per week thereafter.
Richard also talked about Kelly, who had to lose weight to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is already down 25 pounds and is heading to his mission.
