1 pkg. Shirley J Yellow Cake & Cobbler Mugging! Mix
5 Tbsp. water
¾ cup crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Place pineapple into Mugging Mug, or other 16 oz microwave proof mug, top with brown sugar. In
separate bowl mix water and Cake & Cobbler Mix according to package directions. Pour batter on top of pineapple, microwave on high for 2 minutes.
When preparing mugging items remember these general guidelines:
- Muggings are best enjoyed at the proper temperature; allow cooked items to cool for 5 - 10 minutes before eating.
- Cooking times assume an 1100 watt microwave. Smaller wattages will require proportionately longer cook times.
