Gretchen's Favorite Power Salad
1 avocado diced
1 cucumber, skinned and diced
1 cup of diced green, yellow or red pepper sliced strawberries, blueberries, apples, or blackberries handful of baby carrots Cost Co Tuscan Italian Style Salad Dressing
Put all fruit and veggies in a bowel and toss with dressing. can add cottage cheese for protein and dairy.
