Easter Brunch Cinnamon Knots
1 pkg. frozen already made roll dough thawed
1 cube melted butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
Walnuts, pecans, raisins, currants, optional
Mix together sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll individual roll dough into rope. Dip in butter, then sugar mixture. Tie in a knot. Put into greased muffin pan. Let rise for 30 minutes or until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven. Smother with favorite kind of icing. Let icing melt into bun. Remove from tin and serve.
