Baby Animal Days will feature fun activities for the whole family!
The American West Heritage Center is excited to feature baby bears from Bear World Other activities include pony and train rides, wagon rides provided by Hardware Ranch, a candy cannon and, of course, baby farm animals!
Baby Animal Days offers something for everyone. Visitors can interact with baby chicks, ducks, lambs, bears, pigs, goats, rabbits and turtles.
Attendees can also see Cache Valley heritage in action at The Jensen Living Historical Farm, the Woodwright Shop, and Pioneer and Fur Trade encampments for an engaging and interactive experience.
There will be train, pony, and wagon rides around AWHC's extensive grounds, as well as the firing of the candy cannon at noon and 2 p.m. each day.
Tickets to Baby Animal Days are $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for children age 3-11. This event is not just one of community entertainment, but also community service. The AWHC encourages all attendees to bring a can of food for donation. Bring a food item and receive a $1 discount on your admission price, up to $4 per family. All canned food collected during this event will be donated to the Cache Community Food Pantry.
The American West Heritage Center is a nonprofit organization devoted to celebrating and preserving the heritage of Cache Valley, Utah, and its surrounding regions. The Center does this primarily through living history activities, events, school programs, exhibits, and outreach activities. The Center sits at the foot of the majestic Wellsville Mountains on U. S. Highway 89/91.
