Tuesday's Pinpoint Forecast: IT RAINED! Not much, but Salt Lake got a trace which means this June won't be the driest ever. There are a few showers this morning that will hit northern Utah and Cache Valley. Otherwise, today will be partly cloudy, breezy, and warm. Highs will be in the 80s up north, 90s down south, and 60s and 70s in the mountains. Wednesday, the heat will start cranking: 90s up north, and around 100 down by Dixie. Starting Thursday and continuing through the weekend, northern Utah will be in the 90s to around 100 along the Wasatch Front, and southern Utah's highs will range from 100-110+. This type of heat can be dangerous, and it will last through NEXT week. A few isolated thunderstorms are possible over the mountains over the weekend.
